The Association of Breast Surgeons in Bulgaria is pleased to announce the organization of the ONCOPLASTIC BREAST SURGERY – LEVEL I COURSE in Varna, in collaboration with the Association of Breast Surgery, UK, chaired by Prof. PG Roy, MBBS, MS, MD, FRCS, Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon. The event will take place October 16–18, 2026, at the Astor Garden Hotel, Sts. Constantine and Helena Resort, Varna. Dr. Vulcan Ivanov is coordinating the event on the Bulgarian side.
